NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE 2021 ANNUAL REPORT AND FURTHER DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALLED ON 21 APRIL 2022

Milan, 30 March 2022 – With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of Moncler S.p.A. (the Company) convened, in single call, on 21 April 2022, the Company announces that as of today the 2021 Annual Report including the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statement as of 31 December 2021, the annual management report and the statements pursuant to Art. 154bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (the Consolidated Law on Finance), together with the Report by the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Report by the Auditing Firm, as well as the Consolidated non-Financial Statement prepared in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 254/2016 have been made available to the public, together with the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure, the Report on Policy Regarding Remuneration and Fees paid and the tables drafted in accordance with Scheme 7 of Annex 3A of the Consob Issuers' Regulation no. 11971/1999 (including the information regarding the implementation of the financial instruments-based remuneration plans) at the Company's registered offices in Milan, at Via Enrico Stendhal 47, and at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, Section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" at .

The financial statements and/or summary reports of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates, pursuant to Art. 2429 of the Italian Civil Code, as well as the accounting reports of the main non-EU subsidiaries prepared pursuant to Art. 15 of the Consob Market Regulation no. 20249/2017, will be also made available to the public, by the terms and conditions provided for by applicable law.
