MONCLER S.P.A. NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Milan, 17 May 2023 – It is hereby announced that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Moncler S.p.A., which was held on 18 April 2023, resolved to distribute to the Shareholders a dividend of 1.12 EUR per share, gross of relevant applicable tax, that will be paid as from May 24 May 2023, with a coupon date of 22 May 2023 (coupon no. 9) and record date 23 May 2023, that is the date upon which the dividend becomes payable pursuant to Art. 83-terdicies of Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, no. 58.
