NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 24 APRIL 2024

Milan, 25 March 2024 – With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of Moncler S.p.A. (the Company) convened, in single call, on 24 April 2024, the Company announces that as of today the following documents have been made available to the public at the Company's registered offices, at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, Section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" at the website :

• 1) the Directors' reports on the items of the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting;
• 2) 2023 Annual Report including the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statement as of 31 December 2023, the Annual Management Report and the statements pursuant to Art. 154bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, together with the Report by the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Report by the Auditing Firm;
• 3) the Consolidated non-Financial Statement prepared in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 254/2016;
• 4) the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure;
• 5) the Report on Policy Regarding Remuneration and Fees paid, the tables drafted in accordance with Scheme 7 of Annex 3A of the Consob Issuers' Regulation no. 11971/1999 (including the information regarding the implementation of the financial instrumentsbased remuneration plans) as well as the Information Memorandum regarding the 2024 Performance Shares Plan.

The financial statements and/or summary reports of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates, pursuant to Art. 2429 of the Italian Civil Code, as well as the accounting reports of the main non-EU subsidiaries prepared pursuant to Art. 15 of the Consob Market Regulation no. 20249/2017, will be also made available to the public, by the terms and conditions provided for by applicable law.
