NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Milan, 15 May 2024 – It is hereby announced that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Moncler S.p.A., which was held on 24 April 2024, resolved to distribute to the Shareholders a dividend of 1.15 EUR per share, gross of relevant applicable tax, that will be paid as from May 22 May 2024, with a coupon date of 20 May 2024 (coupon no. 10) and record date 21 May 2024, that is the date upon which the dividend becomes payable pursuant to Art. 83-terdicies of Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, no. 58.
