Milan, 11 March 2020 – Moncler S.p.A. communicates that owing to the measures put in place by the Italian Public Authorities as a result of the Covid-19 emergency, the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting called for 16 March 2020 will not be held.
The Company reserves the right to reconvene the said Shareholders Meeting at a future date, promptly informing the market of any such decision.
