NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF 2019 ANNUAL REPORT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS

Milan, 19 March 2020 – Moncler S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that as of today the 2019 Annual Report including the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statement as of 31 December 2019, the annual management report and the statements pursuant to Art. 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (the "Consolidated Law on Finance"), together with the Report by the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Report by the Auditing Firm, as well as the Consolidated non Financial Statement prepared in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 254/2016 have been made available to the public at the Company's registered offices in Milan, at 47, Via Enrico Stendhal, and at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information at .

The financial statements and/or summary reports of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates, pursuant to Art. 2429 of the Italian Civil Code, as well as the accounting reports of the main non-EU subsidiaries prepared pursuant to Art. 15 of the Consob Market Regulation no. 20249/2017, will be also made available to the public at the Company's registered offices, within the terms set forth by the applicable law.

The Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure, the Report on Remuneration Policy and Remuneration Paid, the Directors' explanatory reports on the first and second items on the agenda and the updated tables drafted in accordance with Scheme 7 of Annex 3A of the Consob Issuers' Regulation no. 11971/1999 including, pursuant to Art. 84-bis, fifth paragraph of the above Regulation, the information regarding the implementation of the financial instruments-based remuneration plans titled "Performance Stock option Plan 2015", "2016 - 2018 Performance Share Plan" and the "2018- 2020 Performance Shares Plan" have also been made available to the public at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com. section "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information at ..
