SIGNED A SUSTAINABILITY LINKED REVOLVING CREDIT FACILITY FOR A MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF 400 MILLION EUROS

Milan, 3 July 2020 - Moncler S.p.A. has signed a financing credit line with Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. for a maximum amount of 400 million euros.

This consists of a sustainability-linked revolving credit facility granted to Moncler, with a rewarding mechanism linked to the achievement of environmental impact reduction targets. The Sustainability Loan - ESG linked RCF - has been structured by Banca IMI as Sole Global Coordinator, Mandated Lead Arranger and Sustainability Coordinator.

Thanks to this credit facility, Moncler consolidates its already solid liquidity position while further mitigating the risk profile deriving from the current situation.

This committed credit line expires in 2023 and can be renewed for a further two years.
