Voxcom Income Fund was a business trust established in 2005 that owned and operated Voxcom Inc., a national provider specializing in the installation, servicing, and monitoring of security alarm and emergency response systems. Serving both residential and commercial customers, the underlying operating company was recognized as a leader in the security monitoring segment, managing over 100,000 accounts. The Fund's primary function was to generate and distribute income derived from these security operations to its unitholders. In 2007, the Fund was acquired by UE Waterheater Income Fund (a predecessor to Reliance Home Comfort), which integrated Voxcom's platform to achieve a national scale in its security monitoring services.
