Versacold Income Fund was a publicly traded investment trust established in February 2002. The Fund specialized in providing comprehensive temperature-sensitive supply chain solutions, including refrigerated warehousing, transportation, and distribution services, focused exclusively on handling food products. During its operational period, the Fund represented one of the largest cold storage and logistics providers in its market. The Versacold Income Fund structure was dissolved in 2007 following its acquisition by Eimskip, an Icelandic logistics firm. The underlying operational assets continued under the VersaCold name, which was subsequently acquired by Lineage Logistics in 2022.
