Following the acquisition of Tonko Development Corp., a related entity, Tonko Realty Advisors Ltd., continued to operate, providing customized commercial real estate advisory, asset management, and property management services. Tonko Realty Advisors subsequently merged with Redcliff in 2012 to form Triovest, an integrated commercial real estate investment and management firm.
