With Oxygreen®, its process of purification of wheat grains by ozonation, Paulic Meunerie is positioned on the market of very high-end flour, focused on health nutrition, as well as on the booming and high value-added market of feed for farm insects.
Protected by several international patents, Oxygreen® significantly reduces the microbial load and the presence of contaminants on the grain (such as pesticide residues or mycotoxins) while improving the nutritional signature of flours and the biodegradability of the co-products generated (wheat bran).
