Description

NXG Cushing Midstream Energy Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary objective is to obtain a high after-tax total return from a combination of capital appreciation and current income. It pursues this goal by investing at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of midstream energy investments. These investments provide economic exposure to companies engaged in the gathering, transportation, processing, storage, and distribution of energy resources.
