Description

From January 2022 the NTR Holding Group consists of NTR Holding A/S, NTR Invest A/S, and R+S Baugesellschaft mbH. On 16 November 2021 the NTR Holding Group announced the sale of Daniamant A/S and Daniamant Ltd. to Ernströmgruppen AB for DKK 138m on a cash and debt free basis. The transactions was closed on 31 January 2022. After the transaction NTR Holding A/S' assets consists primarily of cash, and subsequent the annual general meeting in April 2022 a dividend of DKK 33 per share, equal to a total dividend distribution of DKK 82m, was distributed. Furthermore, the Board decided in June 2022 to distribute an extraordinary dividend of DKK 16 per share, equal to a total dividend distribution of DKK 40m. R+S Baugesellschaft mbH in Germany is in the process of closing down, and during 2022 the Board will explore NTR Holding A/S' strategic options, including to capitalize on the Company's stock exchange listing.
