CodeWarrior provided comprehensive toolsets for building applications across diverse platforms, including desktop systems (Mac OS, Windows), UNIX workstations, handheld devices, embedded systems, and gaming consoles. The CodeWarrior brand achieved widespread recognition and became a standard toolset within the software industry before Metrowerks was acquired by Motorola, Inc. in 1999.
