Image REIT is a Shariah-compliant, hybrid, and perpetual Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) established under a Trust Deed dated July 1, 2022, and managed by Sinolink REIT Management Limited. The scheme invests in both developmental and rental real estate assets, aiming to generate income through rental revenue and the sale of properties. Its investment strategy focuses on sustainable assets that meet environmental, social, and governance standards. The initial asset portfolio includes a rental component comprising a fully occupied 23,000 sq ft commercial property generating rental income, and a developmental component consisting of over 4,500 sq ft of land designated for the construction of 65,500 sq ft of commercial and residential units. Upon completion, the developmental assets will be converted into a hybrid component and subsequently sold to generate income for the scheme, offering investors returns backed by property-based assets.
