The IGD Group is the leading Italian group among listed companies in the retail real estate sector, a sector that is constantly evolving and of primary interest to Italian and foreign investors. We own and manage properties in Italy and Romania where we operate in the shopping centre segment. We have been listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana since 2005. As of 30 June 2022, our portfolio was valued at EUR 2.14 billion and has almost quadrupled in the last ten years.

Our group was created in 2000 from the contribution of part of the real estate assets of Coop Adriatica (now Coop Alleanza 3.0) and Unicoop Tirreno, which are still our main shareholders. We manage our shopping centres with a strategic, long-term perspective, aiming to maintain high value over time.
