FLOAREA SOARELUI SA is a part of the international holding Trans Oil Group. It is the largest oil producing company in the Republic of Moldova. The main production facilities are in the North of the Republic, in Balti city. The company traces its history back to 1923. Currently it has four main divisions: seeds storage, oil production, refining and bottling department. It has also more than 15 subdivisions. FLOAREA SOARELUI SA uses classical oil production technologies that are applicable world-wide. The company has about 540 employees.

Currently the company processes 250 thousand tons of raw materials per year and produces about 105 thousand tons of sunflower oil. FLOAREA SOARELUI SA goods are exported to more than 30 countries world-wide. FLOAREA SOARELUI SA produces the highest quality products and is certificated by the main Inspection Agencies, such as Cotecna Inspection, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, SGS, Agrolab.
