Financial Assistance Management REIT is a joint stock company established in October 2018 with a special investment purpose to securitize receivables. By Resolution N 714 - DSIT dated May 27, 2019, the Financial Supervision Commission granted the Company permission to engage in the following activity as an investment company: Investment of cash collected through the issue of securities in receivables (securitization of receivables) . With the same decision, the prospectus for the public offering of 150,000 ordinary, registered, non-transferable, freely transferable voting shares with a nominal and issue value of BGN 1 was confirmed. With the resolution, the shares to be issued will be entered into the register of joint stock companies and other issuers of securities pursuant to Art. 30 para. 1, item 3 of the CCFN under the auspices of the Commission.
