Exall Resources underwent corporate reorganization, transferring its non-oil-and-gas assets, before merging with Southern Star Resources Inc. in 2006 to form Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. This new entity, which consolidated significant gold exploration holdings, was subsequently acquired by Goldcorp Inc. in 2008.
