Description

The CoinShares Bitcoin ETF (BRRR) is an exchange-traded fund designed to provide investors with a cost-effective and convenient way to gain exposure to the price of bitcoin. The fund's investment objective is to reflect the performance of the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate - New York Variant, less the Trust's liabilities and expenses. BRRR achieves this by holding physical bitcoin on behalf of the Trust. To enhance security and distribute risk, the ETF utilizes a multi-custodian model with regulated providers, including Coinbase Custody Trust Company and BitGo Trust Company. Sponsored by CoinShares, a specialist in digital asset investment products since 2014, the fund allows investors to access bitcoin through traditional brokerage accounts, integrating digital asset exposure into conventional investment portfolios.
