The origins of the Issuer’s activities date back to the end of the 50s of the last century when the artisan workshop specialized in the creation of furnishing solutions for bars, pastry, ice cream and gastronomy, led by the Bocchini family, was started. In 1980 Claudio Bocchini founded Orion Srl, starting the industrial production of refrigerated display cases for the preservation and display of ice cream. 2018: Clabo enhances its presence in the USA by taking over the control of the Philadelphia-based Howard McCray Company: it is an historical USA-based brand and an unquestionable symbol of excellence in producing display cabinets in the gastronomic field.
