BPER Banca S.p.A., founded in 1867 and originally named Banca Popolare di Modena, transformed its legal status and changed its name from Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna cooperative company, further to the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 26 November 2016, with effect from 28 November 2016.
