Associated Brands Income Fund was an investment trust established in 2002. Its primary function was to hold and manage operating subsidiaries that constituted a leading North American manufacturer and supplier of private-label dry food and household products. The fund provided unitholders with income distributions derived from the cash flow of the underlying manufacturing operations. It completed an initial public offering in November 2002 and was subsequently taken private by TorQuest Partners in May 2007.
