During 2017, Government of the Republic of Serbia and JSC Nikola Tesla Airport have gone through the process of making concessions on financing, building development and reconstruction, maintenance, management and airport operating of the infrastructure of JSC Nikola Tesla Airport. Considering that both parties fulfilled all of the requirements during the transitional period, the Airport Certification has been transferred from the Nikola Tesla Airport to Vinci Airports Serbia ltd, that has been renamed to Belgrade Airport ltd. The concession process began on 22nd December 2018, during which the predominant activities of JSC Nikola Tesla Airport have been changed to mostly leasing and managing personal or rented real estate.

Since 22nd December 2018 ANT, as a joint-stock company in charge of overseeing execution of the Concession agreement, we intend to increase interest of regional airports in consulting activities.
