Notice of termination of the shareholders' agreement pursuant to article 131, paragraph 4 of the CONSOB Regulation no. 11971/1999 (the "Issuers' Regulation") and extract pursuant to articles 122 of the Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, n. 58 (the "CFA") and 129 of the Issuers' Regulation

Pursuant to article 131, paragraph 4, letter b) of the Issuers Regulation, notice is hereby given that the agreement that also qualified as a shareholders' agreement, originally executed on July 11, 2006, subsequently amended on December 19, 2008, renewed on July 11, 2009, July 11, 2012 and July 11, 2015, amended on July 31, 2015 and August 31, 2015 and lastly renewed as from July 11, 2018 (the "Agreement"), entered into by GA.MA. S.r.l. ("GAMA"), MARVIT S.r.l. ("MARVIT"), LUMAR S.r.l. ("LUMAR"), LIBRA S.r.l. ("LIBRA"), Koris Italia S.r.l. ("KORIS"), Gaetano Marzotto, Stefano Marzotto, Luca Marzotto, Nicolò Marzotto, Margherita Marzotto, Cristiana Marzotto and Maria Rosaria Marzotto relating to the management of Zignago Holding S.p.A. ("Zignago Holding"), a company which, pursuant to article 93 of the CFA, controls Zignago Vetro S.p.A., a company with shares listed on the Mercato Telematico Azionario – STAR segment – organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Zignago Vetro"), ceased to be effective on July 11, 2021 due to the expiration of its term.

The Agreement related to a total No. 26,937,500 of ordinary shares, with a nominal value of Euro 1, representing the entire share capital of Zignago Holding. The Agreement contained provisions falling within the scope of article 122, paragraph 1 and 5, letter b) and (c) of the CFA.

Notice of termination of the Agreement shall be published in the daily newspaper "Il Giornale". This notice is also published on Zignago Vetro's website www.zignagovetro.com, where essential information on the previous provisions of the Shareholders' Agreement pursuant to article 130 of the Issuers' Regulation is also available.

Notwithstanding to the foregoing, it is hereby announced that, as of July 11 2021, a new shareholders' agreement (the "Shareholders' Agreement") became effective, also concerning the management of Zignago Holding, a company which, pursuant to article 93 of the CFA, controls Zignago Vetro, a company with shares listed on the STAR segment of the Mercato Telematico Azionario organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A, entered into by GAMA, MARVIT, LUMAR, LIBRA, KORIS, Gaetano Marzotto, Stefano Marzotto, Luca Marzotto, Nicolò Marzotto, Margherita Marzotto, Cristiana Marzotto, Maria Rosaria Marzotto, Lavinia Marzotto, Giacomo Marzotto, Matilde Marzotto, Vittorio Emanuele Marzotto, Alessandro Marzotto and Sebastiano Marzotto.

The Shareholders' Agreement related to a total No. 26,937,500 of ordinary shares, with a nominal value of Euro 1, representing the entire share capital of Zignago Holding, as well as the Zignago Holding 2017- 2026 convertible notes; Zignago Holding holds No. 57,200,000 ordinary shares of Zignago Vetro, representing the 65% of its ordinary share capital and 78.74% as regards the voting rights.

The Shareholders' Agreement is relevant pursuant to article 122, paragraphs 1 and 5, letters b) and c), of the CFA and contains provisions governing, inter alia: (i) the governance of Zignago Vetro; (ii) specific limitations on the possible transfer of shares of Zignago Holding; and (iii) the procedures for the transfer of Zignago Holding shares by the relevant parties.
