NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOTING RIGHTS

Fossalta di Portogruaro, November 18, 2025 – ZIGNAGO VETRO S.p.A. announces that the cancellation of the increased voting rights relating to nr. 5,000 Zignago Vetro S.p.A. ordinary shares took effect on November 17, 2025, pursuant to article 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/98 and in application of the provisions of the by-laws.
