This is to inform you that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 172484 Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each to the eligible employees of the Company upon exercise of the Options vested with them under the ZLL ESOP 2010 – AMENDED 2015 (“ESOP Policy”) at an exercise price of Rs. 3.83/each.

Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 326889521 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating to Rs. 32,68,89,521/- to 327062005 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating to Rs. 32,70,62,005/-.

The details as required under the Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 is enclosed as Annexure - I. This intimation will also be made available on the Company’s website.
