This is to inform you that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 6,69,286 Equity Shares of face value of ₹1/- each to the eligible employees of the Company upon exercise of the Options vested with them under the ZLL ESOP 2010 – AMENDED 2015 (“ESOP Policy”) at an exercise price of ₹1/- each.

Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 327062005 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating to ₹32,70,62,005/- to 327731291 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating to ₹32,77,31,291/-.

The details as required under the Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, is enclosed as an Annexure. This intimation will also be made available on the Company’s website.
