This is to inform you that pursuant to the Employee Stock Option Scheme approved by the Members, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board at its meeting held today i.e April 24, 2020, has approved grant of 1,50,000 Stock Options (convertible into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Re.1/- each of the Company) in the category of Employees/ Directors.

These Stock Options have been granted at an Exercise price of Rs.14.10/- per equity share being the closing price of the equity shares of the Company on April 23, 2020 at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, which had the highest quantity of trading in Company’s shares.
