Sub: Intimation for Grant of Stock Options to Employees of the Company.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is to inform you that the Members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board had through circular resolution on August 21, 2023, approved grant of 24,03,322 Stock Options (convertible into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Re.1/- each of the Company) to eligible employees of the Company. These Stock Options have been granted at an Exercise price of Rs.3.83/- per equity share being the closing price of the equity shares of the Company on August 18, 2023 at the BSE Limited.

As per ESOP scheme these options shall vest after 1 year from the date of grant in tranches.
