Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Bhautesh Shah has resigned from the statutory position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 12, 2020 due to personal reasons. His resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated May 12, 2020.

Further, till a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is appointed, I, Rakesh Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been appointed by the Board as the Compliance Officer of the Company for doing the necessary filings with various authorities and stock exchanges.
