Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 based on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the following:

• 1. Mr. Surender Singh was appointed as the Additional Director of the Company in the category Non-Executive Non-Independent Director at the meeting of the Company held on July 31, 2020 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
• 1. Mr. Prashant Parekh was appointed as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f July 31, 2020 pursuant to Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013.

The Key Managerial Personnel under Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 are as below:
