Zaptec: Share-based incentive program for all employees from 1.1.2022
In accordance with the authorization granted by the AGM on 18 June 2021, the board of directors of Zaptec AS has decided to establish a share-based incentive program for all employees by the company and its subsidiaries.
The program encompasses shares equivalent to minimum 20% of the employee’s annual salary at 1.1.2022 and has a vesting period of three years from 1.1.2022. The program is continuous and new employees from 2022 and onwards will be included by next year-end.
The company's liability with respect to the program will be met through purchase of own shares or increase of share capital through issuance of new shares.
The purpose of the share-based incentive program is to encourage employees to maintain a deep, long-term engagement in the company, through a further alignment of the employees' interests with those of other shareholders.
Under the share-based incentive program, participating individuals will be awarded shares to motivate them to contribute to the continued success and profitability of the company, as well as deliver outstanding results.
The program will also enhance Zaptec’s ability to attract and retain staff.
