Zaptec launches Tibber integration
The EV charger Zaptec Go gets fully integrated with the Tibber app to reduce electricity bills and save money in Norway and Sweden, with immediate effect from 17.11.2021. Zaptec has entered a contract to deliver Zaptec Go for the next two years with an option to extend beyond this period, as mentioned earlier at Oslo Newsweb late March this year.
The size of the contract is NOK 120 million.
-This launch enables existing and new users of Zaptec Go to charge their EV from home while lowering their energy bill and making their electricity consumption smarter, says Zaptec’s CEO Anders Thingbø.
The new launch is a result of a market demand.
-We’ve received much feedback from customers who want their charger to be fully enabled for smart charging after Zaptec launched their new product. And we get it. The product will make charging simpler, cheaper, and smarter. Because of this, it was a no-brainer for us to implement it into our app and store, says Tibber CEO Edgeir Vårdal Aksnes.
