KOG Invest AS, a company wholly owned by Anders Thingbø, the CEO of Zaptec AS (the "Company"), has on 28 January 2022 sold 1,073,906 shares in the Company, at an average price of NOK 57.83955387 per share.

Following these transactions, KOG Invest AS owns 1,331,094 shares in the Company. In addition, Anders Thingbø holds 300,000 options which have vested and 300,000 options which vest in October 2022.
