Anders Thingbø, CEO of Zaptec AS (ZAP) has on April 7th 2021 sold 117,647 shares owned privately to his wholly-owned company KOG Invest AS. In addition Anders Thingbø gifted 20,000 shares to Sissel Marie Tjønn. The existing lock-up agreement for the respective shares is transferred to KOG Invest AS and Sissel Marie Tjønn.
Following this transaction, Anders Thingbø personally and through his wholly-owned company own a total of 2,405.000 shares in Zaptec AS.
