CANCELLATION OF TRADING FROM THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to the announcements made on 16 February  and 14 March 2024, Dispensa announces that the listing of the Company's Ordinary Shares on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admission to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc have now been cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today, 19 March 2024.
