Board Changes

Dispensa Group plc (LON: DISP), the holding company developing a portfolio of international luxury food brands, announces that Mr Alessandro Colombo is stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer for pressing personal reasons and has agreed with the Company that he will leave with immediate effect.

Mr Daniele Besnati has been re-appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, a role he held immediately prior to Mr Colombo's appointment. A further announcement regarding a new permanent appointment will be made in due course.
