XXL ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Dolphin Management AS, a company controlled by board member of XXL ASA («XXL» or the «Company») Øivind Tidemandsen, has today sold 300,000 shares in XXL at a price of NOK 13.00 per share. Following the transaction, Dolphin Management AS owns 36,555,956 shares in XXL, representing 14.48 percent of the outstanding shares of XXL after the Company’s issuance of the Offer Shares in the Share Issue. The shares were sold outside the market to an employee of Dolphin Management AS.
