Funkybiz AS, a company controlled by Hugo Maurstad, Chairman of the Board of Directors of XXL ASA («XXL» or the «Company»), has today bought 500,000 shares in XXL at a price of NOK 22.35 per share. Following the transaction, Hugo Maurstad owns 500,000 shares in XXL, all through Funkybiz AS.

Hugo Maurstad represents Altor Fund IV on the Company's Board of Directors. Altor Fund IV holds in total 60,118,964 shares (23.82%) in XXL, of which Altor Invest 6 AS holds 30,059,483 shares (11.91%) and Altor Invest 5 AS holds 30,059,481 shares (11.91%).
