Dolphin Management AS, a company controlled by board member of XXL ASA («XXL» or the «Company») Øivind Lønnestad Tidemandsen, has today sold 500 000 shares in XXL at a price of NOK 19.82 per share. Following the transaction, Dolphin Management AS owns 34 500 000 shares in XXL, representing 13.67 percent of the outstanding shares of XXL.
