Bråten has today, 2 June 2017, through his 100% owned

company Jemi Holding AS, bought 55,000 shares in XXL ASA at

a price of NOK 90.41. Following this transaction, Mr. Bråten

owns 60,000 shares in XXL ASA and 63,467 share options in

XXL ASA including ownership of closely related parties.
