Bråten has today, 26 July 2017, through his 100% owned

company Jemi Holding AS, bought 66,800 shares in XXL ASA at

a price of NOK 75.50. Following this transaction, Mr. Bråten

owns 126,800 shares in XXL ASA and 63,467 share options in

XXL ASA including ownership of closely related parties.
