XXL ASA: Extraordinary general meeting held
Following completion of the compulsory acquisition of all remaining shares of XXL ASA ("XXL") as announced on 30 June 2025, an extraordinary general meeting was convened and held today, 30 June 2025 (the "EGM"). At the EGM, it was resolved, inter alia, to apply for a delisting of XXL's shares from Euronext Oslo Børs. The minutes from the extraordinary general meeting are attached hereto.
