XXL ASA – Change of CEO

XXL ASA announces that the employment agreement with CEO Freddy Sobin has been terminated with immediate effect. The Company is pleased to announce that Nicholas Fox is engaged as interim CEO. Mr. Fox has more than 18 years of experience in various managerial capacities in the retail and sports industry, most recently as managing director of Sports Directory, and he serves on the board of directors of Kangol, LLC and Hudson Holding.

This announcement is made pursuant to Euronext Oslo Rule Book 2.
