Change in the Executive Management of XXL ASA

E-commerce Director, Mr. Tommi Jylhä-Vuorio, will leave his position in XXL and commence the position as Sales Director in Verkkokauppa.com Oyj. He will resume in his current position in XXL for a period of time and the final date is to be set. Mr. Jylhä-Vuorio owns 15,000 shares in XXL ASA as of today but will no longer hold any stock options in XXL ASA.
