XXL ASA - Appointed Group Marketing Director

XXL ASA has appointed Mr. Jarle Bråten as the new

Marketing Director for the XXL Group. He will start in

his new position as of 1 December 2016 and be a part

of the management team in XXL ASA. Jarle Bråten is

currently coordinating all media buying for retail

chains related to Dolphin Group, which include XXL,

Expert, Skeidar and Home & Cottage. Jarle Bråten was

the co-founder of XXL and he held the position as

Sales, Marketing and Buying Director in XXL from year

2000 to 2010. Prior to XXL he held the position as

Nordic Buying Director in the electronic retail chain

Elkjøp.

Mr. Bråten is a Norwegian citizen and resides in

Norway. He owns 5,000 shares in XXL ASA as of today

including ownership of closely related parties.
