Change in the Executive Management of XXL ASA

Managing Director Sweden, Mr. Andreas Stenman, will

leave his position after four months with XXL and

search for new opportunities outside the company. Mrs.

Janicke Blomsnes is appointed the new Managing

Director Sweden and will be part of the Executive

Management team in XXL ASA.

Mrs. Janicke Blomsnes is a Norwegian citizen and

resides in Sweden. She comes from the position as Vice

Managing Director Sweden and as Head of Nordic

Training and Education in XXL Group. She served as

Acting Managing Director Sweden from April to

September 2016. Prior to her roles in Sweden she

served as Store Manager and Sales Leader in XXL

Norway. She owns 19,466 shares in XXL ASA and 70,386

share options in XXL ASA.
