An extraordinary general meeting of XXL ASA was held at 09:00 hours (CEST) today, Friday 24 April 2020 at the company's headquarter at Strømsveien 245, Alna Senter, Oslo, Norway.

All items on the agenda were resolved in accordance with the board of directors' proposals.
