CEO’s Address

I t has been another difficult year for junior explorers. Your company continues to seek buyers for its principal project Sonid North in Inner Mongolia, China. This is against the background of a depressed market for gold assets in China. There has been and continues to be a level of interest in the project but the company has not yet been successful in achieving a sale.

Over the year, your company has reviewed a number of potential new projects for acquisition. The company is continuing with this approach and is seeking a new project or projects together with an appropriate level of funding to advance this/these.

The Board believes the Company will be successful in moving its focus to a new minerals opportunity. The intention is to secure a new opportunity for the company together with funding by the end of this year.

The Company remains committed to its goal of making a large scale discovery.
